Silopad Half Coated Body Sleeving
With half of its circumference coated with the Silipos proprietary gel, the Half
Coated Body Sleeving is a sleeve designed to provide maximum shock absorption
and moisturization to various affected areas. Because of its softness and the
medical grade mineral oil (USP) it contains, the gel is ideal for burns,
scarring, donor sites by protecting and absorbing friction, abrasion and shear
forces from the affected site. The product can also be used for sports medicine
application such as serving as a liner under a knee brace for shock absorption
and shear reduction. Available in six widths, the sleeve comes in a roll that
can be cut to desired length to contour around the elbows, forearms, hands,
ankles, knees, thighs or the torso.
